Appearance: Angel is not want you would picture an angel of death looking like. She's more of a blonde bombshell than angelic. She's golden blonde hair hangs straight down her back. Her eyes are a bright blue. Also, you'd think an angel of death would be taller but she's on the shorter size, only 5' 5" and often wears heels of some sort to give her an extra boost. Her figure is one of soft curves in all the right places. She's a fan of corsets and basically any low back top that will allow her wings out at a moments notice. Nothing is less fun that showing up to reap someone in the middle of winter while in your bra.

Even Angel's wings wouldn't make you think angel of death. They're a pair of very larger feather wings that are peacock blue in color and carry the same shine as a male peacock. The end of her primary feathers are tipped in black. When her wings are stored she's left with a tattoo of them on her back that also has a peacock feel to it.

Personality: If someone had to describe Angel in only a few words it would be strong, self confident, intelligent, cynical, pessimistic, and sarcastic. Four hundred years of life has given Angel a lot of time to see humanity at it's worse. Just when she thinks she's seen every way a person can be killed, someone comes up with a new one. Something bad is always just around a corner. Still though Angel keeps going. She's the type that's not just going to lay down and take what life gives her. She's a fighter and she's not ready to stop fighting yet.

When it comes to her friends she has great loyalty. She's got your back no matter what and she's someone you would want at your back cause she'll do whatever it takes. She doesn't love easy and when she does love, she loves deeply.

Special abilities/talents: Angel knows how to use a sword and fence. She can speak French and Spanish. Over the years, Angel has lost her accent but it skilled at picking up one, usually taking on one common to the area.

History:
Angel was born in the English court at the start of the 17th century. Her father was a nobleman who had a fling with an angel even though he didn't know it at the time. Now just because one is an angel, it doesn't mean they're a good parent. As soon as Angel was born, she was dropped off at her father's doorstep and left. Being a nobleman, her father of course knew nothing about raising a child and in turn handed her over to a nanny to be raised.

When she first discovered she was an angel, Angel had no one to turn to. It was a shocking experience and wings burst free from her back and she felt a call, like she had to be somewhere. The more she ignored the call, the worse it got and pain soon followed. Finally she was forced to take a crash course in flying and go there. It was strange when she arrived. It was like time stood still. The people within didn't move, didn't blink as she walked through the house. Finally she found where she was meant to be. In the bedroom, a wife was killing her husband for his affairs. That night Angel didn't sleep at all as she curled up in a ball and simply rocked in a corner. When her wings finally went away she was left with a tattoo that covered the whole of her back.

After that Angel found herself being called all over to reap the souls of those that were being taken before nature could. At first it bothered her. Not always where you called to be there when it first happened. Sometimes she'd get there during or right after, leaving her to see the gore. After awhile she learned to think of what was going on but to instead focus on the job at hand.

Angel left England once she noticed that she wasn't getting any older. She went to France during the rein of King Louis XIII. There she got her first look at Miles Armitage. At the time he was just a painter, Angel having no idea that he was a fellow angel. If she had she may have approached him. It would be a couple hundred more years before she would see him again.

For a while Angel traveled Europe. Afterwards she went on to become a pirate in the Caribbean during the late 17th century and into the early 18th century, often reaping the souls of her ship mates or flying off to somewhere else in the Caribbean to do her duty. After that Angel came to American and traveled as she watched the country grow, always getting called somewhere new.

It was during the late 19th century that Angel got to settle down and have her own little town to reap. After all, there was plenty of work in Deadwood, South Dakota. The rowdy, unlawful town was ripe with someone killing someone else over something. Angel left Deadwood at the same time Al Swearengen did in 1899.

From there she traveled again until she once again got a town to call her own again. At the time the town of Mysteria was only 48 years old. The year was 1932. For a town filled with supernaturals, it seemed quiet. She reaped a soul here or there but nothing like what Deadwood had been like. For once Angel got to relax.

Living life for the first time in what seemed like forever, Angel more than seen Miles this time. She meet him and fell in love. Fate is never kind though and death is a cruel mistress. It became clear what Angel was in Mysteria when the hell gate managed to start to open. People were getting killed, both bystander and those that were battling back what came out of it. She seen it coming. She knew that one of Mile's kids was going to be lost in the war. There was nothing she could do about it. She couldn't stop, couldn't warn either of them. In the end she had to reap the boy and Miles never looked at her the same.

It's been 75 years since then. An old friend has called her back. She opening that's the only thing calling her back and that all hell is not about to break lose again.

Flaws:
Jaded. Once Angel cried for each person that she had to be there for. Now she just fells a cold stillness inside whenever she gets the call. She's seen some pretty ugly things. Humanity sucks. It's no wonder they're losing the war.

Angel is terrified of small spaces. Especially small spaces that she’s stuck in. If she gets locked in a closet she’ll freak out and gets choked by fear. She often has nightmares about being locked in a coffin. After having one, which she wakes up screaming, she is unable to go back to sleep.

Other than a few close friends of supernatural kind, Angel is a loner. She doesn't like to to get to close to people, especially squishy people, cause she never knows when she might have to take them next.

Merits:
Angel is a survivor. She's strong. Must angels of death would have given up by now when Angel manages to keep going.

Self-Confidant. After four hundred years, Angel is pretty sure of herself. By now she's learned what she can do and what she can't do.
